These Terms of Purchase govern orders placed through Whhshyrhg, operated by Domplex Hong Kong Limited. Our store offers coffee and tea accessories within the Brew Essentials, Serve & Sip, and Countertop Details collections.
Please read these terms alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy before purchasing. By submitting an order, you agree to the applicable purchase conditions to the extent permitted by law.
Who May Purchase
You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, and be legally permitted to order and receive the selected merchandise.
Customers are responsible for purchasing and using products in accordance with applicable requirements. This responsibility does not replace any legal obligations that apply to us as the seller.
Where permitted by law, customer service calls and electronic communications may be monitored, recorded, or retained for transaction security, staff training, service improvement, and quality assurance. Any required notice or consent will be provided or obtained.
Reviewing Product Information
We take reasonable care when preparing product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications. Nevertheless, occasional catalog errors may occur, and colors or other visual details can appear differently across devices and display settings.
Before ordering, review the complete product page, including the selected option, measurements, materials, care guidance, and any compatibility information. Quick-view displays and similar browsing tools provide summaries and may not contain every relevant detail.
If the product delivered differs materially from its description, contact us under our Return & Refund Policy. That process does not restrict remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Order Review and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not prevent us from reviewing the transaction before fulfillment. We may request reasonable verification, place an order on hold, decline it, or cancel it where permitted by law.
Reasons may include unavailable stock, payment or fraud concerns, incomplete order information, or a material pricing error.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and return the amount paid for the canceled merchandise to the original payment method, subject to applicable refund requirements.
Prices, Promotions, and Corrections
Product prices, promotional offers, and availability may change for future purchases without prior notice. Such changes do not automatically alter the terms of an existing accepted order.
If an administrative, typographical, or technical error causes an incorrect price to appear, we may correct the listing and, where legally permitted, pause or cancel an affected order.
We will contact you by email if the error affects your purchase. Any payment collected for a canceled transaction will be refunded. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Stock and Fulfillment Estimates
Availability indicators reflect our current understanding of stock and fulfillment capacity. They do not guarantee immediate dispatch.
Our standard preparation period is 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated international transit period of 10–20 business days, as described in our Shipping Policy. Destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, and supply conditions may affect delivery.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform you by email, cancel the unavailable item, and refund the corresponding payment.
Where dispatch cannot occur within the stated period, we will provide the notices, revised estimates, and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
International Purchases
Before placing an international order, please review the product’s specifications and any destination-specific requirements.
Depending on the item and delivery region:
- A manufacturer’s voluntary warranty may have geographic limitations or may not be available locally.
- Local technical assistance or product-specific support may be limited.
- Instructions, care details, and supporting documents may be supplied in English only.
- Labeling, packaging, and specifications may vary between markets.
- Electrical products, where offered, may require compatible voltage, plugs, adapters, or converters.
Customers must check whether the selected product can lawfully be imported and used at the destination. Any adapter or converter must be suitable for the product and used according to its instructions.
These provisions do not waive our responsibility to comply with applicable product safety, labeling, or consumer protection requirements.
